For people leaving Quizlet

Quizlet put studying behind a paywall.
Your decks don't have to stay there.

In June 2025, Quizlet moved Learn and Test mode behind a subscription and shut down Q-Chat. DueReview imports your Quizlet, Anki, or CSV decks in one click — and everything you need to study stays free.

Import your decks free

No sign-up, no credit card. Your cards stay on your device.

How to leave Quizlet in three steps

Your flashcards are yours. Moving them over takes about a minute per set.

1

Export from Quizlet

Open any of your sets, click the ⋯ menu, choose Export, and copy the text. The default settings are fine.

2

Paste into DueReview

Open DueReview, click Import, and paste. DueReview reads the format automatically and shows a preview before anything is saved. Anki .apkg files and CSV work too.

3

Keep studying — nothing paywalled

Study with real spaced repetition from day one. There's no locked mode, no round limit, and no upgrade screen waiting for you.

What changes when you switch

A plain comparison — just the things that made people start looking for the exit.

What you get

DueReview is a small, focused tool. These four things are the whole pitch.

FSRS-5 scheduling

A modern algorithm that predicts when you're about to forget each card and shows it to you right before that happens — so you study less and remember more.

AI card generation

Paste your notes or describe a topic and get a ready-to-study deck. Optional — everything else works without it.

Cross-device sync

Optional sync by email magic link, so your decks and progress follow you between your phone and laptop. No password to manage.

Works offline

Your cards live in your browser, so studying doesn't depend on a connection once the app has loaded.

Honest questions, honest answers

The things people reasonably ask before moving their study material.

Is it really free?

Yes. The core product — decks, importing, studying with FSRS-5, export, sync — is free. There's no locked study mode and no trial that expires.

Do you sell my data?

No. Your cards are stored in your own browser. If you turn on sync, they're stored so your other devices can fetch them — nothing more. There are no ads and no data sales.

Do I need an account?

No. DueReview works with no sign-up at all. An email address is only needed if you want cross-device sync.

Can I get my cards back out?

Yes, any time. One click exports everything — decks, cards, and your study progress — to a file you keep. No lock-in.

What about my Anki decks?

DueReview imports Anki .apkg packages directly, and plain CSV files too. Front and back come over; media files are skipped in the current version.

Your decks are a paste away.

Export a set from Quizlet, open DueReview, and see for yourself.
